We will dispatch your item within 14 working days from receipt of your order & payment. We take great care and consideration in the posting and packaging of your order. Canvasses are wrapped in bubble-wrap and sturdy cardboard. Jewellery is gift wrapped in tissue paper and vintage ribbon and send out in protective padded envelope.
All PRICES ARE INCLUSIVE OF VAT, POSTAGE & PACKAGING WORLDWIDE.
Polkasloft endeavour to minimise its impact on the environment and will recycle packaging material where possible.
RETURNS
Every effort is made for our high quality products to reach you safely. Should you receive a damaged item, please return it within 10 days of receipt and we will be happy to replace it at no extra cost.
